Léonard Bourgois Beaulieu
Damien à Cerisiers, 2020
For the first time, the Lambert Collection is interested in the work of Léonard Bourgois Beaulieu during the exhibition On J’aime l’Art… !! dedicated to the contemporary art collection of designer agnes b. in 2017.
His enigmatic portraits question notions of gender and the place of youth in our current society.
Using a unique process combining film photography and digital transformation, Léonard Bourgois Beaulieu creates images as if suspended in time.
He is now offering the museum a multiple printed from a portrait from the series To name oneself, an androgynous face that seems to reveal itself in a bluish halo.
Laminated on aluminum and produced in Paris by the artist’s printer, this new signed and numbered multiple can be framed according to his recommendations in order to best recover the aesthetics of his works.
– Print from negative developed by the artist, mounted on aluminum, 25.5 x 30 cm – Edition of 30 copies, numbered and signed by the artist – Price : 350€ | |
